POLICIES
- Payment
Payment is due upon delivery. “Company Name” accepts Checks, Credit Cards, Cash & Pay Pal. All checks should be made payable to Zome Design LLC. A $25 charge will be applied to all returned checks. We do not accept multiple checks from group orders.
- Artwork
i. You have multiple options for artwork. Please visit our design section for more information. All artwork is property of Zome Design unless supplied by you. By submitting artwork to us, you are designating that you own or have right to use any submitted artwork. Zome Design reserves the right to use the artwork for any other lawful purposes in the future. We may refuse to print any artwork that is unlawful, inappropriate or does not have permission from its original owner.
ii. Please try to supply any organization logos in their original vector format (.eps, .ai, .pdf files). Contact your artwork department for these.
iii. No artwork will go to print until we have received approval from you. Failure to approve artwork in a timely manner may delay production time.
- Production Timeframe / Rush Services
Standard Production is 7-10 business days from the time of order. Rush services (5 business days or 3 business days) are available at an extra cost. Please contact us for details.
- Cancellations
All orders are custom-designed per customers instructions. If time allows, you may be able to cancel all or part of your order. Once items have been ordered, you will be held responsible for any return or restocking fees. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been printed. Please insure that you have approval from your organization before placing your order.
- Returns / Exchanges
Since all orders are custom made per customers instructions, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless the items are incorrect, defective or the wrong garments were received than was originally ordered.
ii. You must contact Zome Design within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must request approval to send back items.
- Shipping
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground. Expedited Shipping services are available at an extra cost. Zome Design cannot be held liable for delays of your order due to natural disasters or negligence of the carrier.
ii. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. After the 3rd attempt, UPS will hold your packages at their local depot. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
- Damaged Goods
If any items arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 24 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We do not make any guarantees that replacements will arrive in time for your event.
- Backorders
If any product becomes unavailable due to being discontinued or back-ordered, Zome Design reserves the right to replace items with the next closest match to meet deadlines. Zome Design will attempt to contact you immediately. You will be able to either wait for the product to become available, select a different product or you may have the option of a refund for the unavailable products.
- Change to order / additions
Zome Design does not guarantee the availability of additions or changes. We will make every effort to accommodate changes and or add-ons. Additional charges may apply.
