3D Puff Foam Embroidery
3D puff embroidery is a technique that adds an extra layer of foam to embroidery stitches, creating a raised or three-dimensional effect. It is commonly used for creating logos, lettering, and other designs on hats and thicker apparel such as jackets and sweats.
Tackle-Twill & Applique
The ultimate embroidery technique, twill material is cut with a machine plotter blade, and the pieces are then sewn to the garment with an embroidery machine. This is great for thicker materials like sweatshirts and jackets.
