- Pick out the Pacific Headwear Hats you want from the catalog
- Send us your logo or design ideas and our hat design team will create free custom mockups for you.
- Please specify if you want: Flat Embroidery, 3d Puff Embroidery, Embroidered Patches, Woven Patches, Leather Patches, Sublimated Patches, 3d Silicone Heat Transfers, Full Color Digital DTF Transfers, 3d FlexStyle Transfers, or Screen Print Transfers.
- Please send your logo or design in its original vector file format: .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf
- Approximately how many pieces you’re looking to order.
- Embroidery, Digital DTF Transfers, and Leather Patches have a 12-piece minimum
- Other custom patch hat options may have higher minimums. Typically 50 patches.
- Most overseas hat patch options take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive in our facility. Once they arrive in our facility, we typically sew or heat press them on within 5-7 business days.
- We have a patch stocking program. You order the custom patches from us in bulk, we warehouse them with a 24-piece minimum order. You can mix and match color and styles, a minimum of 12 pieces per color per style.
- In-hand or event date.
- Shipping address or if you’re going to pick-up your custom hats locally in Spokane Valley, Wa.
- Once you confirm your design and order, we’ll send you a link for payment.
- We’ll send you a picture of the first hat for final approval upon your request.
