How long is standard production time?

10 business days after final artwork approval.

How do I create packaging?

You have two different options for creating packaging:
a. Do it yourself – we can send you a template and use any current design program to decorate your package,
b. Have Zome Design design the custom package for you. Charges may apply, see Setup Charges for more information.

How do I know if a product has packaging and where do I find it?

We offer custom packaging for many items in the catalog. All items that have packaging available to them are noted on the website. You can view all of your packaging options on the website as well.

Do I get a proof?

If you design your own packaging there is no proof. You can however view 3D high resolution images of your custom design by using our uploader. You do receive a proof if Zome Design is designing your packaging for you.

Can I get a virtual?

Yes you can! Contact your account manager or e-mail us to request a virtual. Virtuals are done at no cost and can take up to 3-4 days to create. Virtuals are to be used as an idea generator and are not print ready.

Can the packaging be used as a shipping box?

Our packaging is not meant to be shipped without a master carton.

What are the minimums for packaging?

Minimums for packaging are the first column of whatever corresponding product you are ordering. Absolute minimums are half of the 1st column for the corresponding product but charges may apply, see Setup Charges for more information.

Why would I add packaging to my order?

By adding packaging you are adding a retail look to your promotional giveaway which create a higher perceived value. It also allows you the opportunity to communicate much more of your message in addition to your logo, thereby creating the look and feel of a full advertising campaign.
