Built for Heavy Canvas and Duck Fabric
Carhartt’s canvas and duck fabrics print differently than a standard tee. Our team knows how to set up ink, mesh, and cure settings for heavier material, so your logo holds up the way the garment does.
Heavy duck canvas, the fabric on most Carhartt jackets and coats, usually holds up better to embroidery or a patch than screen printing. Lighter garments like tees take screen printing well. We’ll recommend the right method and placement, left chest, full back, sleeve, or cuff, based on the actual garment and where you want your logo seen.

Magnetic Hoops for Tough Fabric
Carhartt’s thick fabric is hard to hoop with standard equipment. We use magnetic hoops built for tough garments, and our team is trained specifically on hooping and embroidering Carhartt pieces. We’ll stitch a sample sew-out of your logo before running the full order.

Full-Color Heat Applied Graphics on Carhartt
Full-color heat applied graphics are a great option for small runs or logos with a lot of detail or color. It’s a high-quality, industrial-grade heat applied process, not a cheap iron-on transfer.
Patches & Finishing on Carhartt
Embroidered Patches
50-piece patch minimum; typically 2–3 weeks for production. We can warehouse the extra patches for you. See our full custom patches page for more.
Leather Patches
Laser etched faux leatherette patches, made in-house. Low 12-piece minimum, typically about 10 business days to produce, then heat pressed or sewn onto the garment. We can also do genuine leather. See our full leatherette patches page for more.

Digitize Once, Reuse Across Brands
Send us your logo once. We’ll digitize it, and from then on it’s ready for Carhartt, any other brand we carry, or hats and beanies (which need their own version).

Standard production is typically 10 business days. Rush orders are available; extra fees may apply if garments need to be rush shipped in or out.
